When you use Wanda you must sign in to your work or organization account to give Wanda access to Unit4 ERP to be able to help you with your requests. This is done using your Unit4 identifier and two-factor authentication to provide a highly secure sign in process.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have full control over how your personal data is stored and used. You can exercise your right to be forgotten and ask Wanda to delete any personal data that's stored for you. This means Wanda will delete:
To delete your personal data from Wanda simply use the following command in a chat message:

Wanda then asks for confirmation and lets you know when the process is completed.
Note that the following personal data is outside the scope of this process:
Any data submitted and stored in Unit4 ERP, such as expense claims, travel requests and timesheets. See the Unit4 Privacy Policy on the Unit4 corporate website for more details.
Any personal data that might be stored by your collaboration app provider when you have been using Wanda. See your collaboration app provider's privacy policy for more details.

You're then presented with the permissions you consented to when you first signed in to Wanda, and here you can withdraw each or all of these as required.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to see what personal data is stored for you. You can get a copy of the personal data that Wanda stores about you by sending an email to privacy@unit4.com.
You'll then receive a response in writing within 4 weeks of the date on which we receive your request.
