Getting started with Wanda

What do I need to use Wanda?

To use Wanda you must be a Unit4 ERP user and Wanda must be set up by your organization to work with Unit4 ERP. Once this is done you can then add Wanda on Microsoft Teams, Skype and Slack and get help with your Unit4 ERP tasks. How do I install Wanda on Microsoft Teams?

Click on the Microsoft Teams button below to install Wanda on Teams.

Once Wanda is installed, you'll receive a welcome message and you can then start a conversation and pin this to make it easier to find Wanda later. The installed Wanda app is located under More added apps.

How do I install Wanda on Skype?

Click on the Skype button below to install Wanda on Skype.

When you add Wanda to your contacts you'll receive a welcome message and Wanda is then visible in your Contacts list. You can then choose to add Wanda to your favorites to make it easier to find later.

How do I install Wanda on Slack?

Click on the Add to Slack button below to install Wanda on Slack.

Add to Slack

Once installed Wanda appears in the Direct messages or Apps list in the sidebar of your Slack workspace and is ready to start helping with your requests. To get started go to the About tab or start a conversation with Wanda to find out more about what it can do. Note that Wanda will ask you to sign in with your Unit4 ERP account at some point when it needs to access Unit4 ERP to help you.
